01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the j8ph1 platform (available at j8ph1.net and any associated mobile interfaces), you ("the Player," "you," or "User") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately cease using the j8ph1 platform. Continued use of j8ph1 following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and j8ph1 with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.

02 Eligibility

To register and use j8ph1, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, as required under Philippine gaming regulations applicable to online casino-style gaming.
• You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Philippine law.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing j8ph1 from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of j8ph1, nor an immediate family member of such a person.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from j8ph1 or any affiliated platform.

By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements listed above. j8ph1 reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time and to suspend accounts pending verification.

03 Account Registration

To access j8ph1's gaming services, you must create a single registered account. The following rules apply to account registration and maintenance:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one j8ph1 account. Creating multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and valid email address. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. j8ph1 will never ask for your password. Any activity conducted through your account is your responsibility.
• KYC Verification: j8ph1 is required to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawals. You may be asked to submit a valid government-issued ID (e.g., Philippine passport, SSS ID, PhilSys ID, driver's license) and proof of address. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in withdrawal delays or account suspension.
• Account Transfer: Accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your j8ph1 account to any third party.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on j8ph1 are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). The following terms apply to deposits and withdrawals:

• Accepted Payment Methods: j8ph1 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa, and Mastercard. Available methods may vary and are subject to change without prior notice.
• Minimum Transactions: Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed on the j8ph1 cashier page and are subject to change. j8ph1 reserves the right to set transaction limits at its discretion.
• Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawals are processed after successful KYC verification. Processing times vary by payment method. j8ph1 aims to process approved withdrawals within 24–72 hours on Philippine business days.
• Source of Funds: You warrant that all funds deposited into your j8ph1 account are from legitimate sources and are not proceeds of any unlawful activity. j8ph1 complies with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal without first contacting j8ph1 support is a breach of these Terms. j8ph1 reserves the right to suspend accounts and recover funds in such cases.
• Dormant Accounts: Accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. j8ph1 may apply an administrative fee to dormant accounts in accordance with its dormancy policy, as communicated to the registered email address.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

j8ph1 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms attached to individual promotions:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in each promotion's specific terms.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. j8ph1 reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless otherwise stated, only one bonus may be active at a time. Opting into a new bonus while another is active may result in forfeiture of the existing bonus.
• Abuse Prevention: j8ph1 reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim any bonus where there is evidence of bonus abuse, collusion, or exploitation of promotional terms. This includes, but is not limited to, placing opposing bets to guarantee a profit regardless of outcome.
• Expiry: Bonuses and free spins expire within the timeframe stated in the specific promotion. Expired bonuses are automatically removed from accounts.
• Modification: j8ph1 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.

06 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on j8ph1 and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any other time.
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age or are legally prohibited from gambling in your jurisdiction.
• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with j8ph1 games or systems.
• Engaging in collusion, match-fixing, or any form of cheating in multiplayer games.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities. Any such exploitation must be reported to j8ph1 support immediately.
• Engaging in money laundering or using j8ph1 to process proceeds of unlawful activity.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing j8ph1 staff or other players.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to j8ph1 systems, accounts, or data.

07 Intellectual Property

All content on the j8ph1 platform — including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and user interface elements — is the exclusive property of j8ph1 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the j8ph1 platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any j8ph1 content without prior written consent.

08 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, j8ph1 and its officers, directors, employees, and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the j8ph1 platform.
• Loss of funds resulting from your failure to maintain account security or from unauthorized access to your account where j8ph1 was not at fault.
• Interruptions to service caused by maintenance, technical failures, third-party network issues, or events beyond j8ph1's reasonable control (force majeure).
• Decisions made by you in reliance on information provided on the platform, including odds, statistics, or game outcomes.

j8ph1's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

09 Responsible Gaming

j8ph1 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We provide the following tools to help players maintain control over their gaming activity:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps directly from your account dashboard.
• Loss Limits: Restrict the maximum amount you can lose within a defined period.
• Session Timers: Set time limits on your gaming sessions. j8ph1 will notify you when your session limit is reached.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a temporary or permanent self-exclusion from j8ph1 at any time by contacting our support team. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.
• Reality Checks: Enable periodic pop-up reminders showing your session duration and net gaming activity.

10 Privacy

j8ph1 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using j8ph1, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

j8ph1 will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors, KYC verification providers, and regulatory authorities as required by law.

11 Amendments

j8ph1 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address on file at least 7 days before the changes take effect, where practicable. Non-material changes may take effect immediately upon publication.

Your continued use of j8ph1 following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must close your account and cease using the platform.

12 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of j8ph1 shall first be submitted to j8ph1's customer support team for informal resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, it shall be referred to the appropriate courts or regulatory bodies in the Philippines with competent jurisdiction.
